Responsibility:- 1. Assist QA manager and team member in developing & reassessing HACCP program. 2. Developed ISO-22000 documents and handled the food safety audits such as ISO-22000(HACCP), OHSAS -45001, and EMS-14001& IMS-9001. Performs risk assessment for IMS, OHSMS & EMS. 3. Ensure that the ISO22000/HACCP records for delivery, sanitation of fruits and vegetables, storage, food thawing, temperature controlled for cooking/ chilling/freezing/ hot holding/Display are completed on time by the concerned associates, kept on file, reviewed and signed. 10. Investigating food, health & safety incidents with proper root-cause & corrective actions. Collect data of customer complaint & incident from all location and merge it in master-file. 11. Collection of water & food samples and send to authorized laboratory for analysis with proper hygiene standards. 12 Regular fire safety Equipment’s inspections such as fire extinguishers, fire blanket and other fire-suppression equipment of all areas to ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements. Perform Mock drill on frequently. 13. Plan of deep cleaning & sanitation program for all locations and checked through swab testing method. 14. Maintained equipment maintenance programme on frequently basis. Responsibility for maintain pest control programme records.
